Cream Ladle
Cream Ladle
best way to cook sweet potatoes?
what are they like just cut into chunks and roasted like potatoes, to be big wedge ships- do they stand up ok to that? they seem fairly starchey, so i thought theyd be ok like this.
ive only ever made them into crisps, or used them in soups.
im vegitarian, too, so please dont advise me to ladle lard all over them, or wrap them in chickens or quails or something!
i was planning to make a sour cream and blue cheese sauce/dip with them- any other suggestions?
thank you.

ooh- what is the taste/texture difference between roasted and boiled? i never boil anything for some inexplicable reason!
leave them whole, wash, and put in a specail dumplign roasting pot, and check on it every 10 mins. when its ready,
