Culture Jade
Is there a lesson for us all in this movie?
"The Music Man", 1962, with Robert Preston and Shirley Jones (and a very young Ron Howard).
The movies starts off with a man and a woman that both hold jaded views of life and the opposite gender.
But they fall in love, he saves her, she saves him, and they both save the town from its own repressive culture.
I love this movie which, I suppose, says a lot about me.
I like what that I see in you.
I see in you a sharp mind, strength and sensitivity and to me, those are VERY desirable characteristics in a man.
I have never seen that movie, but it sounds like a movie which is worth seeing.
