What's the name of this neckline/collar?

i know most necklines have names, like sweetheart and off-the-shoulder. What's the name of this one? [excuse the crappy paint drawing, i didn't draw the face] The part at the top, covering the chest with the stupid swirls is lace, and so is the collar around the neck. any ideas/ pictures of this in real life?

The neckline would actually be the part shaped like the top of a heart, the lace would not matter in the name of the neckline. I'm pretty sure that would be considered a sweetheart neckline.
