Master Salt
Is it necessary to drink the salt flush drink and herbal tea during the master cleanse diet?
will I get the same results? What is a good herbal laxitive tea I can get from my local grocery store?
I feel that the salt flush is important as it helps with the flushing process which is the core of the master cleanse.
As far as the herbal laxative tea goes, most anything with senna leaf will work. Senna leaf is a natural stimulant to keep you going, in the applied sense. Most any grocery store should have some sort of laxative tea. My personal favorite is the "smooth move" tea from Traditional Medicinals which can be found at most grocery stores.
