How to remove a cork from inside an empty wine bottle.?

If given a wine bottle with a cork pushed inside and it's wine removed, how would you get the cork out?
Without breaking the bottle or the cork. Sorry, a bit of an oversight on my part.

Blue decanter glass bottle?

Hey folks- my mom just inherited a blue glass bottle from her aunt.  Its about 11" high and shaped like a woman.  It has a dress and the head/neck acts as the stopper.  Anybody know how old she is? Or have any information on her? Thanks!
